About me
I’m a senior consultant and I specialise in people-centered design.
I originally trained as psychologist and my passion for creativity and experimentation led me to the design and innovation field 18 years ago.
I have worked across industries and sectors, from the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education to local councils with community projects and now Higher Education. I enjoy working in cross-functional agile teams.
I have a strong interest in public and social impact projects and have been a regular service design mentor for social start-ups.
I’m especially interested in cultural change and team dynamics as I believe design-led organisations require a culture that nurtures empathy and creativity.
How I can help
My area of expertise is in supporting design-led practices. I can introduce and guide you through people-centered design and design sprints.
People-centered design can be applied to designing new learning experiences as well as new internal processes.
