About me

I am a Learning Design Consultant supporting academic and professional service staff in the early stages of working with the Learning Design Team.

Using a mix of my pedagogical expertise, coaching skillset, and design thinking approach; I support staff to refine their thinking. Together, we will clarify the problems most crucial to success in the work.

I have spent my career developing curriculum designers and educators; I will meet colleagues where they are at with a toolbox of approaches to help them move forwards. I am passionate about our connections to each other, and the ecosystems in which we work and live.

want to promote deeper understanding of both ourselves and others, and to see each other as sources of learning and expertise.

How can I help?

I also lead the Student Partnerships team who work to embed strong staff-student partnerships at programme and school level. So, I can help in advising on cultures of student partnership and best practice in this area.

My coaching approach means I will support your staff and students to ask important questions. I will hold and structure the space; but you will bring the solutions.

My pedagogical expertise also means I can support ably in all areas of planning, teaching, and assessment as required.
