My role

I am the Programme Manager responsible for development and delivery of the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA).

I received a BA in Business Management from Leeds Beckett University in 2005, followed by a PGCE in secondary education from the University of Leeds in 2006. This lead to four years teaching at secondary and FE level, before moving to the Lifelong Learning Centre at the University of Leeds in 2010. I was awarded my MA in Business from Leeds Beckett in 2011.

I helped to develop the part-time diploma and BSc in Management and Leadership in the Lifelong Learning Centre at the University of Leeds. This was followed by the development of full-time degree with foundation year aimed at attracting students from widening participation backgrounds.

I am currently the Programme Manager for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) at the LLC. I focus on programme design as well as teaching, specialising in Leadership and Change Management.

I also provide support to our BSc Business Management and Leadership programme with teaching and dissertation supervision.
