The Global Food and Environment Institute (GFEI) invites you to join our World Food Day webinar: 'Supermarkets and the Right to Food in the UK'.

During this talk, Dr Clare James, Lecturer in Law, School of Law, University of Leeds, will provide an overview of her research in this area.

This webinar will discuss the multiple ways supermarkets interact with the Right to Food. It then engages with the normative content of the right to food to propose government interventions to limit possible negative impacts of supermarkets on the realisation of the right to food.

Welcome and introductions from the Chair, followed by a 20-minute webinar presented by Dr Clare James, and 10 minutes for Q&A.

The webinar will be chaired by Dr Carrie Bradshaw, Lecturer in Law, School of Law, University of Leeds.
