To mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, we’ll be taking inspiration from our collection of print fabrics and learning some classic moves workshops from Swing Dance Leeds.
1940s prints brought cheery colour and dashing design to wartime rationed clothing, so we’ll be creating our own fabulous fabric prints in the spirit of make do and mend.
Bring the whole family to explore our exhibition, enjoy a cuppa and get creative.
You can also browse our dressing-up rails, try the Percy Trail and go shopping in the Penny Bazaar!
Free light refreshments included, or bring a packed lunch and use our indoor picnic space.
No need to book, just drop in – it’s all free!
