Commonwealth Masters Scholarships
One-year fully funded scholarship for full-time Masters study in Session 2025/26.

Who is eligible: Applicants from low and middle income Commonwealth countries under one of the six CSC development themes.

How to apply
Students must apply well in advance through the Commonwealth Scholarship Agency in their home country, using the CSC’s online application system. Each Agency will have their own internal deadlines prior to the final Commonwealth Scholarships Commission deadline.
How the scholarships are awarded
Nominating agencies will nominate scholarship candidates to the CSC by December 2024. Applicants can expect to hear the outcome by July 2025.

Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), these scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK.

- Strengthening health systems and capacity
- Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship
- Strengthening global peace, security and governance
- Strengthening resilience and response to crises
- Access, inclusion and opportunity
