Mature students
Studying at Leeds as a mature student
We welcome mature undergraduate students from all backgrounds and the range of experiences they bring.
Mature students (defined as a student over 21 years of age) study across a range of full-time degrees at Leeds, from foundation years to fine art, electronic and electrical engineering, sociology and many more. Others are studying part-time degrees, in subjects including business leadership and child and family studies.
The Lifelong Learning Centre provides free specialist guidance, advice and support to mature and part-time students, from pre-application through to graduation and beyond.
