In these sessions, we’ll help you with completing your application, applying for student finance, writing your personal statement and anything else relevant to your application.

Thinking about going to university but not sure where to start?
 
Join us at the Lifelong Learning Centre to learn more about applying as an adult. This informal, in-person session will offer plenty of opportunities to get your questions answered.

What we'll cover:

• What to consider when choosing a university or course
• The application process for full-time and part-time courses
• Writing a personal statement - what to include
• Next steps and support for mature students at the Lifelong Learning Centre

Whether you're thinking about doing a degree for your career or following a lifelong passion, there's no such thing as a ‘typical’ mature student.

Join us for a free, on-campus event where we'll dispel some myths and answer common questions about studying as an adult.

• Hear from some of our current mature students
• Have the opportunity to explore the University of Leeds campus
