(The screen shows an aerial view of the University of Leeds campus, and the text: Artificial Intelligence, MSc Online exclusive.)

(The screen shows a group of graduates dressed in robes sitting in a large hall, then Rasha, a graduate, stood in a room giving a presentation.)

(Rasha is shown sitting and being interviewed.)

Rasha: Hi, I am Rasha, I'm an IT business partner.

(The screen shows the text: Rasha Ragab Ahmed Awad, Artificial Intelligence Online Exclusive.)

Rasha: I work full-time, and I decided to continue my Masters degree at Leeds in artificial intelligence.

(The screen shows the Earth, as seen from space, with the text: Where were you based while studying your online degree with the University of Leeds?)

(Rasha, wearing a graduation robe, is shown sitting on a couch.)

Rasha: I decided to continue my studies remotely. I was in Egypt all the time.

(The screen shows a cityscape, with the text: What specific factors about the University of Leeds influenced your decision to pursue your studies?)

(Rasha is shown on screen.)

Rasha: I finally decided to join Leeds because you are not just studying videos and reading.

There is a weekly webinar. This is a difference that could be very, very helpful. Because you are contacting your professors, you can ask and they will reply.

(The screen shows the University’s Parkinson building, a large white building with a clock tower, and the text: What support did you receive throughout your studies?)

(Rasha is shown on screen.)

Rasha: Sometimes topics become very complex and you need someone to just explain it face-to-face. Maybe not face-to-face, but when they are talking in the webinars, it's similar to face-to-face discussion. So this breaks the ice. They try to make things clearer, and they respond to our questions.

(The screen shows a student typing on a laptop, and the text: Could you describe how having a personal tutor enhanced your learning experience?)

(Rasha is shown on screen.)

Rasha: Having a personal tutor assigned by the University was something that I admire and appreciate very much. Sometimes when you are frustrated or when you need some help there is someone academic in the same field that you are studying, and when someone gives you this advice at the right time, it is as if he saved your life - or helped you to continue!

(The screen shows a person sitting at a desk with a computer and a monitor, and the text: How has completing your degree at Leeds changed your life and supported your career ambitions? The screen then shows people in a lab standing around a robot.)

(Rasha is shown on screen.)

Rasha: AI is a very interesting field. And it is changing the world right now.  But you have to be careful which part to put your focus on.  In mine, I'm searching for something - if I can – [to] use AI for good. That means, what are the use cases that could be beneficial for the community, that can change people's lives.

(The screen shows several people gathered around a robot in the lab, then a patient using a walking frame in a hospital)

(Rasha is shown on screen.)

Rasha: This is the area that I hope I'll be able to find a job [in] to do these efforts. So when I'm working, my eight hours daily working can be beneficial not only to myself, but to also to the community, to someone else, somewhere in the world.

(The screen shows hands typing on a laptop, and the text: What would you say to someone considering studying an online degree with the University of Leeds?)

(Rasha appears on screen.)

Rasha: Just let's be honest. [A] Masters degree in general is a foundation for a new field. You have to do more effort in order to just land a job and start to do more hands-on [work], more projects, in order to just break the gap between just having a study and doing a real job.

(The screen shows someone working in front of two screens and a computer, then a person looking at a smartphone, standing in front of a robot.)

Rasha: But when you do it with a high-reputation university and you have the good foundation to start this, you are, I think, on the right track.

(Rasha is shown on screen in a black graduation gown giving a presentation at a podium, with the text: Would you recommend an online degree at Leeds and why?)

(Rasha appears on screen.)

Rasha: My professors have organized this in the right time, having a correct schedule that everyone is following. So this makes you more relaxed because you depend on someone who knows what they are doing, exactly. That's why it's a good choice in the beginning, the university, the programmes that you have in mind. Both of these could support you to end the journey successfully.

(The screen shows graduates chatting at their ceremony, and an audience applauding.)

Rasha: I'm celebrating my graduation. I made this milestone. So there is nothing that you can't overcome. Once you have the goal in your mind, you can achieve it. It's a matter of time until you achieve it.
