What challenges did you face on your course?
“Actually, in a lot of situations the modules were very hard, but I was not about to give up.
“My supervisor encouraged me, giving me positive feedback and good energy to continue. This made me realise ‘ok, you are not alone’.”
What are your plans for the future?
“What I dream of is to work in robotics reinforcement learning. Technology can change a baby’s life and I hope I'll be part of that. I hope I find a job that that's going to take me there.”
What experiences at Leeds do you think particularly helped with your career?
“We are just scratching the surface with AI, and we have to do more research to take it to the next level, but it’s an excellent starting step.”
What advice would you offer to current and prospective students?
“You have to do your own research and find what is right for you. But I would say that my experience was a good experience. I learned a lot. And it's a supportive environment, which is maybe harder to find elsewhere”.
